Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buy and Hold platform at nopoly.ai and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Buy and Hold Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may sign in with email and password or with a Google account.

3. The Service and AI outputs

The Service provides an AI assistant (chat, image and video generation, and related tools) and market-intelligence features such as stock briefs, screeners, and statistical studies. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and you use it at your own risk.

4. Not financial advice

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service — including AI responses, stock briefs, statistics, screeners, seasonality studies, or optimization tools — constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance and historical statistics do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure without authorization;
• reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted;
• use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to evade usage limits or payment.

6. Plans, payments and billing

Some features require a paid membership or one-time purchase. Prices are shown on the Service. We accept card payments through Stripe and cryptocurrency (USDT) payments on supported networks. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

7. Refunds

Because the Service delivers digital access immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed by us. If a card payment is refunded or charged back, the related access is revoked. For billing questions, contact us before opening a dispute.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and content (excluding your inputs and AI outputs generated for you) are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use outputs you generate for your own lawful purposes. You retain responsibility for the content you submit.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading or investment losses.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Thailand have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
